Capstone HR ServicesWe are excited to announce our partnership with trusted advisor Capstone Human Resources Services to provide HR professionals in our region with a quarterly webinar on a human resources topic. Randy Fox, Senior Partner at Capstone, will present each of the four sessions. We invite you to join us for this free series, which will begin with our first webinar on April 4th.

About Randy
Randy provides human resources counsel to employers in the greater Western Kentucky region. He holds an MBA from Syracuse University and has obtained his Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. Randy's recent experience includes being the Global HR Projects Leader for Rio Tinto, one of the largest international mining companies in the world, where he developed large-scale HRIS systems for two divisions involving a total of 12,000 employees. Randy brings to the team more than 35 years of hands-on HR experience, both in union and non-union settings. He is a member of the Dean's Community Advisory Committee for the College of Business at Murray State University and is a guest lecturer in HR at the University.
