Peel & Holland Included in IIABA and Reagan Consulting’s 2019 Best Practices Study; Ranked Winner Amount Eight Other Agencies in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
(November 2019) Peel & Holland has been selected by the Independent Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) as part of its elite Best Practices Study group, comprised of independent insurance agencies across the United States. Peel & Holland was nominated by an IIABA affiliated state association or an insurance company in which they then were scored based on factors such as outstanding customer retention, growth, stability, and financial management.
A total of 1,349 insurance agencies were nominated to compete for the coveted designation. After agency submissions were scored and ranked objectively on 33 performance factors, only 267 agencies scored high enough to qualify.
“Peel & Holland stays committed to our core values. We strive to be proactive in our thinking and actions, staying one step ahead, investing in our leadership and in our local communities, all while staying true to the way we do business caring for both our clients and our employees,” said Roy Riley, president of Peel & Holland. “We passionately care for our clients and the relationships that we build. Being recognized on a national level is very meaningful to our organization. We set our own high standards, but it is truly a compliment to have this level of recognition from the association that guides our industry.”
Among the 267 agencies who qualified for this prestige recognition, eight agencies were from the Commonwealth of Kentucky. These agencies include: Garrett-Stotz Company, Higgins Insurance, Houchens Insurance Group, Insurance Services Centers of Southest Kentucky, Lawton Insurance, Moore Insurance Agency, Peel & Holland, and Sterling G. Thompson Company.
